2026 Woodcrest Ministry Conference

The Woodcrest Ministry Conference creates a space for fellowship with local ministry leaders and encourages personal growth. This is a day where local ministry leaders can come to hear great speakers and slow down to rest with other leaders serving in the same community to build Christ’s kingdom. This year’s theme is Pastoral Refreshment.

Tentative Schedule:

8:00 — Continental Breakfast

8:30 — Welcome

8:45 — Session 1

9:45 — Coffee Fellowship with Vendors

10:15 — Breakout Sessions

11:00 — Coffee Break

11:15 — Session 2

12:30 — Lunch/Free Time/ Vendors

1:00 — Farewell/Invitation to hang around as long as you want.

Overnight Accommodations Available

Woodcrest is pleased to offer overnight accommodations to leaders who wish to take a personal retreat during the Conference. Private or shared retreats in our comfortable cabins are available upon request. Private meeting rooms are available for you to meet with your ministry staff. The conference is a great space for you to connect as a staff. Meeting rooms may be reserved during the conference free time or the week of the conference.
