2026 Woodcrest Ministry Conference

The Woodcrest Ministry Conference provides a dedicated space for local ministry leaders and volunteers to build fellowship, find encouragement, and cultivate personal growth. This is a day where local ministry workers can come to hear great speakers and slow down to rest with other workers serving in the same community to build Christ’s kingdom.

This year’s speaker is Les Clemens: Les serves as Camp Chaplain and Ministry Partnership Coordinator for Camp Susque. This position encompasses the ongoing spiritual care of the staff and beyond, as well as building partnerships with churches and other ministries. Les was born and raised in Canada and has served for 37 years as pastor of a number of churches in both Canada and the US. Les is married to Laurie, and together they have 4 kids and 4 grandkids. He brings a pastor’s heart to his messages and is excited to be able to encourage ministry leaders at this year’s conference.
