Fall Family Fun Fest
Are you looking for an exciting event for the whole family? We are developing a whole day filled with family activities with food, fun, and fellowship. It is a great way to spend a beautiful Saturday without costing a lot of money. Mark your calendars now for Woodcrest’s Fall Family Fest on Saturday, September 14th. You can make a weekend of fun by joining us for a Fall Family Campout.
Friday September 13th
5pm — RV Camping Begins (Call the Office for Reservations)
Saturday September 14th
11am-2pm Craft Vendors Open (view our vendor flyer)
11am-2pm Food Vendors Open and Fall Fest Activities Open
12pm-2pm Local Worship Bands
11am-1pm Family Silent Auction Opens (Auction items for the family)
1:30pm — Waterslide Opens
2pm — Gaga Tournament (Poplar View Gaga Court)
4pm-6pm — Family Dinner (10.00 per/adult 5.00 per/child 5-15).
4pm–6pm: Silent Auction in tent (Big Ticket Items)
4:30-8pm — Evening Food Vendors Open
5:30pm — Live Music Begins
6:00pm– Evening Festivities Begin

Evening Eterntainment is free. A offering will be taken for Woodcrest’s Mission 4:12.
8pm–Bonfire and Woodcrest’s S’moresgasbord!
Sunday September 15th
10am Woodcrest Worship Service at the Outdoor Chapel
Help us raise money for our summer camp program by bidding on a wide range of great items. Over 50 business support the auction with merchandise and gift certificates. There will be gift baskets of all kinds, unique items, and amazing experiences. We’ll have our usual table of amazing baked goods available for sale. If you have items to donate, please call the camp office to arrange pick up or delivery.
