Alumni Picnic

We’re bringing together our former and current staff, volunteers, board members, donors and friends for a special alumni gathering on August 29th. Join us here at Camp to reconnect with old friends, meet the current team, and celebrate our shared history. Our Quinquennial Event is designed to bring the generations together. It is our hope that this will be the largest alumni event in Woodcrest’s history and we want you to be a part of the history.

There will be a picnic dinner. Woodcrest will provide the main course and drink and ask you to provide the sides and desserts to share.

Expect a time of games, tours of the new cabins, an update on the building project progress, and worship. At 6:45 the pool and waterslide will be open. There will be sand volley ball to play, disc golf, and a bouncy house among other fun activities to enjoy.

Tentative Schedule:

4:30 Arrive at Poplar View Pavilion (new cabins will be available to tour, informal games and activities)

5:15 Dinner (bring a side or dessert to share)

6:00 Woodcrest Trivia and Updates

6:45 Pool and Waterslide Open, Sand Volleyball, Disc Golf

8:00 Campfire & S’mores on Mt. View patio
