The annual Friend & Member Banquet is an evening for staff, Board Members and friends to fellowship while enjoying delicious food served by the Yoder’s staff. Highlights and updates of the ministry of Woodcrest Retreat will be shared. An offering to support the financial needs of the camp will be received. The meal is complimentary but please call the office for reservations.

Benefit 3D Archery Shoot

Be encouraged spiritually by speaker and avid archer, pastor Frank Rice.
Enjoy a hearty hot brunch, chance at door prizes and perusing archery supplier booths.
Join us for a fun Saturday morning preparing for the upcoming archery season while supporting the ministry of Woodcrest Retreat.

Fall Family Festival & Benefit Auction

Come for some fun for the entire family, while supporting the ministry of Woodcrest Retreat. Adults can enjoy the Benefit Auction, children will enjoy the many child-oriented activities, and everyone will enjoy the delicious food. All proceeds benefit the summer camp ministry of Woodcrest Retreat.

| 12 PM | Children’s Baked Good Winners Announced & Baked Items Sold |

Children’s “Country Fair”
Children are invited to enter baked goods in competition for prize money. The baked goods are then auctioned off to help raise funds for camp.
While the judging is in progress the morning is full of “Country Fair” competitions and the afternoon complete with carnival games.
Delicious Food
Breakfast: Served from 8 AM to 10 AM
Pancakes and sausage, quiche, fruit, donuts, juice and coffee
Lunch: Served from 11 AM to 2 PM
Chicken BBQ meal, Baked potato bar, French Fries, Hot dogs, Chicken Noodle Soup, Homemade apple dumplings, pie, ice cream, drink and more.
