The annual Friend & Member Banquet is an evening for staff, Board Members and friends to fellowship while enjoying delicious food served by the Yoder’s staff. Highlights and updates of the ministry of Woodcrest Retreat will be shared. An offering to support the financial needs of the camp will be received. The meal is complimentary but please call the office for reservations.

Tournament Sponsor: Provides the above, eight golfer entry fees and a banner acknowledging your business as one who supports camp ministry.

Enjoy a hearty hot brunch, chance at door prizes and perusing archery supplier booths.
Join us for a fun Saturday morning preparing for the upcoming archery season while supporting the ministry of Woodcrest Retreat.

Fall Family Festival & Benefit Auction

Come for some fun for the entire family, while supporting the ministry of Woodcrest Retreat. Adults can enjoy the Benefit Auction, children will enjoy the many child-oriented activities, and everyone will enjoy the delicious food. Tentative Schedule
| 8 AM - 10 AM | Breakfast: pancakes, sausage, quiche, donuts, juice and coffee |
| 9 AM | Auction begins: Bid on household items, tools, gift certificates, plus many other new items |
| 11 AM | Speciality items |
| 12 PM | Children's baked items, homemade bread |
| 1 PM | Quilts, Comforters, wall hangings |
| 2 PM | Remaining gift certificates |
| 3:15 PM | Auction concludes |
Many children's activities will be held throughout the day.
Delicious food served from 11:00 – 3:00 includes Chicken BBQ, baked potatoes, pizza, hotdogs, homemade apple dumplings, pies, ice cream, and more.
